Service Advisor
**Job Overview:** We are seeking a Part-Time Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in the motor trade, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
The role plays a key part in maintaining the smooth operation of our service department and ensuring high standards of customer care. Key responsibilities include booking customers for vehicle servicing and repairs, processing warranty claims, and liaising with suppliers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Book in customers for vehicle servicing and repairs
* Process warranty claims and liaise with suppliers
* Order parts and coordinate delivery timelines
* Act as a communication point between customers and the workshop team
* Ensure timely follow-ups and updates for service customers
* Manage service records and maintain accurate documentation
**Qualifications and Skills:** Previous experience in the motor trade is essential. Familiarity with CRM systems and Excel is also required. Strong organizational and administrative skills are necessary, as well as fluency in English, both written and verbal.
A customer-focused attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor is essential. Ability to work independently and take initiative is also required. Excellent time management and multitasking skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
