We embed service quality tools for continuous improvement across all engagements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support assessments of projects, programmes, or portfolios on medium-to-large scale transformation initiatives.Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, understanding priorities and culture for effective risk management.Deliver high-quality work products consistently, reinforcing EY’s reputation.Contribute subject‑matter insights to proposals and presentations for medium- to high‑complexity projects.Provide innovative ideas, adapt methods to client needs, and contribute to thought leadership.Support engagement‑level QRM initiatives and ensure compliance with EY standards.Internal ResponsibilitiesAssist in client account management activities, such as recruitment, financial management, and risk quality assurance.Build relationships with clients and colleagues to generate new business opportunities.Lead or support presentations and proposals for medium to high complex projects to prospects and existing clients.Communicate effectively with EY senior management and build, manage, and motivate high‑performing teams.Understand EY’s service offerings and identify opportunities to better serve clients.Build strong internal relationships within Risk Management and across other service lines.Support team development activities, including coaching, mentoring, performance reviews, and people initiatives.Skills and Attributes5–10+ years experience in project risk or programme delivery, recovery of technology projects in consulting, industry, or public sector.Programmes assurance (project health check) experience.Track record of delivering large‑scale transformation projects.Track record of leading high‑performing teams.QualificationsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record in managing complex stakeholder programmes.Good understanding of project governance and change management principles.Strong tertiary educational qualifications.Preferred QualificationsProfessional certifications such as PRINCE2®, PMP, MSP, or ACP.Knowledge of Project Assurance, Portfolio Management, PMO, benchmarking, and best practices.What Working At EY OffersWe offer a competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive benefits package covering flexible working, career development, holidays, health & well‑being, insurance, savings, and a wide range of discounts and promotions.
