We are looking for a heavy-hitter to own the test strategy for a global Android-based card acceptance platform.You will define the automation roadmap, manage complex device labs, and ensure the integrity of mission-critical payment flows for a world-class fintech leader.ResponsibilitiesArchitect Quality: Define and implement the full QA strategy for Android POS applications, covering everything from security to performance.Scale Automation: Design and maintain high-performance frameworks using Appium & Espresso, integrating them directly into CI/CD pipelines.Master Payments: Validate end-to-end terminal flows (Auth, Settlement, Reversals) while ensuring strict PCI & NEXO compliance.Lead the Gate: Act as the final authority on release readiness, providing high-level quality signals and risk assessments to senior stakeholders.ExperienceFintech Pedigree: Deep experience in POS or payment processing is essential.Mobile Expertise: Strong Android testing background (Java/Kotlin, real-device testing).Automation Fluency: Expert-level skills in Appium, Espresso, and API testing (RestAssured).Leadership Presence: The ability to manage vendors, triage complex defects, and communicate risk clearly to technical and non-technical teams.
