Product Strategy & Ownership Define and champion the product vision and roadmap for One View's payments and compliance & receipting capabilities. Own the full product lifecycle -- from ideation and requirements to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement. Partner with customers, internal stakeholders, and market analysts to validate product direction and ensure competitive differentiation. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity. Align team goals with broader business objectives and ensure delivery against strategic priorities. Collaborate with senior leadership to influence and align product strategy across the organization. 8-10 years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in a people management role. Demonstrated success in owning and delivering complex SaaS products, ideally in HR, payroll, financial, or regulatory compliance domains. Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar. Strong leadership and team development skills. Proven ability to lead a product pillar through the full development lifecycle. Data-driven mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to diagnose complex business challenges and feature gaps, and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in partnership with technology teams. Exceptional communication skills: Facilitating product design workshops and cross-functional sessions. Confidently engaging with executives, cross-functional stakeholders, and customers and presenting platform updates Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
