As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Creative Strategy Manager to lead concept development and oversee content execution across a variety of platforms and formats.About the RoleAs a key member of our in-house team, you’ll shape digital-first ideas, lead creative development, and work closely with our content production team to bring concepts to life. You’ll be present at shoots, collaborating directly with videographers, editors, and photographers to ensure final outputs reflect the creative vision and meet client expectations.What You’ll DoLead the development of campaign concepts that are platform-appropriate, audience-driven, and aligned with client goalsTranslate briefs into clear, actionable strategies and content plansAttend shoots and work hands-on with videographers, editors, and photographers to oversee creative executionManage the delivery of digital assets including social content, video edits, photography, and visual materialsCollaborate with internal teams to create presentation decks, creative proposals, and campaign narrativesStay on top of digital and cultural trends to keep our creative output relevant and boldContribute to brainstorming sessions and support new business development with strong conceptual thinkingWhat We’re Looking For1+ years experience in creative strategy, content planning, or digital campaign executionConfident in directing and supporting content teams during productionStrong understanding of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and how to build for each platformCreative thinker with the ability to back ideas with strategic reasoningOrganised and detail-focused with strong communication skillsA collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentBonus Points ForExperience building moodboards, treatments, or content strategy decksFamiliarity with creative tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma – even at a basic level)An understanding of production and post-production workflowsHow to ApplyPlease submit your CV along with any relevant portfolio materials or case studies that showcase your strategic and creative work.
