Our client is looking to hire a no.2 to the MD in a Real Estate Investment company.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the MD in originating new business;
- Supporting the MD in analysing, underwriting and structuring of potential lending/investment opportunities.
- Preparation of all underwriting documents for investment committee.
- Preparation of term sheets, including instruction of all the relevant DD parties
- Lead the loan execution process driving our third-party professionals – being solicitors, valuers and quantity surveyors, to ensure a speedy execution of a transaction.
Requirements
- Qualified real estate professional with a minimum of 4 years experience within a real estate
- Highly analytical with very strong modellings
- Experience in analysing financial information relating to plans and forecasts and preparation of relevant commentary.
