TOM People are working with a well-established PLC based in Waterford, who are hiring a Financial Accountant to join their growing finance team. This role offers strong exposure across financial reporting, compliance and people management within a structured, supportive and high calibre environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee preparation and review of monthly and annual financial statements.
Complete P&L and balance sheet reviews with supporting analysis.
Manage reconciliations and reporting across multiple entities and currencies.
Liaise with internal teams and external auditors.
Support month-end, quarter-end and audit processes.
Assist in process improvements and finance projects.
You will have
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 0-2 years’ PQE
A keen analytical mind and attention to detail.
Team player and strong communication skills.
Strong Excel skills; SAP experience is advantageous
