Salary Experienced (5+ years): €80,000 - €90,000 + €5,000 car allowance
Senior (10+ years): €90,000 - €100,000 + €7,500 car allowance

What will I be doing?
1. Take charge of electrical contracts from start to finish, guiding every stage from planning to completion.
2. Lead your project team while collaborating closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
3. Keep projects on track by monitoring progress, budgets, and schedules, stepping in with solutions when needed.
4. Ensure every task meets legal, safety, and company standards through regular site visits and quality checks.
5. Prepare and review key documents like tenders, risk assessments, and method statements to keep everything running smoothly.
What do I need to succeed?
6. You hold a degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
7. You've successfully managed electrical projects or contracts, handling medium to large-scale jobs.
8. You're confident navigating Irish electrical regulations and health & safety standards.
9. Your leadership, communication, and negotiation skills help you get the best from your team and partners.
10. You're comfortable using project management tools like MS Project or Primavera.
11. You have a clean driving licence and are ready to travel to different project sites as needed.
