The role of Engineering Manager is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for the delivery of technology solutions in Global Sportsbook & Trading.
Key Responsibilities
* To drive the evolution of software planning, designing, coding, unit testing, deploying and supporting working software.
* To lead teams operating within a Continuous Delivery (CD) culture and work closely with internal and external teams to create an agile environment.
This requires exceptional communication skills as interaction and engagement with senior management will be a regular aspect of the role. The successful candidate will also need to provide clear communication, team leadership and mentoring skills for engineers in their squad.
