Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our vibrant administration team. As the first point of contact, you will provide timely and effective support to clients and internal stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include logging and updating helpdesk requests, liaising with site teams to resolve issues, using CMMS software to track and categorize work orders, preparing monthly reports, answering supplier queries and processing invoices, and assisting with payroll, timesheets, and basic bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
* Log, update, and close helpdesk requests in a efficient and accurate manner
* Liaise with site teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless communication
* Use CMMS software to track and categorize work orders and maintain accurate records
* Prepare and submit monthly reports and other documentation as required
* Answer supplier queries and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
* Assist with payroll, timesheets, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong administrative and customer service skills, advanced Excel, Outlook, and Word proficiency, and office experience, particularly in contract support.
