Acting as a key specialist partner to the firm's Irish business units, you will ensure high-quality legal support across a range of commercial and regulatory matters.
Roles and Responsibilities Provide commercial, financial services, and regulatory advice, with a focus on insurance and investment matters.
Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial contracts and product documentation.
Ensure all advice reflects current Irish laws and assists in mitigating legal and regulatory risk.
Act as a key legal partner for internal stakeholders and senior management.
Job Requirements Qualified Solicitor, ideally with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial or financial services law.
Experience in Irish insurance, investment, or pensions practice is an advantage.
Excellent drafting skills and the ability to research complex legislation.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
