The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the servicing, installation, commissioning, handover and maintenance of refrigeration plant and equipment for the hotel, restaurant, supermarkets and health sectors. Additional experience in the servicing and maintenance of catering equipment is also desirable but not essential. Additional training on Catering Equipment will be provided on equipment such as Combi's and Dishwasher etc.
Responsibilities/Requirements
* Experience working on all types of Refrigeration & Catering Equipment
* Excellent diagnostic and fault finding skills
* Servicing, Installation, Commissioning and Handover of Refrigeration & Catering Equipment and Systems
* Planning and coordination skills
* Pleasant and professional manner whilst on Customer's premises
* Good administrative skills and also excellent oral and written skills
* Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Fully IT literate with PC's, Laptops and Smart Devices
Required experience/qualifications
* Full Qualified to City & Guilds or FETAC (now QQI) Level 5 qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
* F-Gas Certified
* Full Irish/EU Driving license
Remuneration Package
* Basic Salary up to €65,000 depending on experience.

* Weekend On Call Rota (approx. 1 weekend in 4)
