Job Title: Manufacturing Systems Specialist

Cognizant is seeking a dedicated and innovative professional to fill the role of Manufacturing Systems Specialist in Dublin.

* Implement system recipe changes, manage day-to-day issues and resolve Electronic Batch Records, Weigh and Dispense, and Equipment Management module problems on Emerson Syncade MES solution.
* Maintain incident queues and resolve issues in a timely manner using Service Now software.
* Initiate change control activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards and practices.
* Investigate and troubleshoot problems, recommending solutions or improvements.
* Minimum 3 years of experience supporting IT applications, including troubleshooting, managing incidents, and change controls.
* Experience with Werum PAS-X, SAP, and other automation systems.
* Intermediate level Werum PAS-X skills desired.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
