As Finance Assistant, you will support the efficient operation and administration of the finance management systems within the organisation. Reporting to the Systems Supervisor, you will play a crucial role during system upgrades and ongoing digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Assistant Job include:
* Manage and resolve user queries and tickets related to finance systems, ensuring timely and clear communication
* Administer user access and maintain data integrity across finance and related systems
* Support testing activities including system transitions and upgrades
* Assist in training end-users on finance system functionalities
* Support compliance and internal control processes within finance systems
* Collaborate on cross-departmental projects affecting finance systems and workflows
Requirements for the Finance Assistant Job:
* NFQ Level 7 degree in Finance, IT, or related discipline
* Experience working with ERP systems and/or ITSM platforms (ServiceNow experience preferred)
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, self-driven, with ability to work independently and collaboratively
