We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to drive Agile delivery and quality engineering for cutting edge Generative AI (GenAI) applications.
This hybrid role blends Scrum leadership with technical depth in test automation, ensuring the consistent delivery of high performing, reliable, and user-centric AI driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end Agile delivery, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
* Design and implement automated test frameworks leveraging Python, Selenium, and low-code platforms such as AccelQ.
* Define and execute comprehensive test strategies for GenAI features, covering functional, integration, performance, and UX testing.
* Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to align on priorities and ensure high quality releases.
* Mentor QA engineers and developers on automation, quality best practices, and Agile methodologies.
* Enhance CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing, improve deployment confidence, and accelerate release cycles.
* Promote observability and proactive quality management through test monitoring, coverage analysis, and reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in QA automation using Python and Selenium.
* Hands-on experience with low-code test automation tools (e.g., AccelQ or similar).
* Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
* Familiarity with GenAI concepts, AI/ML fundamentals, and data validation workflows.
* Experience with API and integration testing, including RESTful and streaming interfaces.
* Practical exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
* Solid SQL knowledge for data integrity and backend validation.
