Project Delivery:

Manage the preparation and submission of planning applications, EIAs, and related documentation. Oversee planning input into renewable energy, infrastructure, and development projects from feasibility to consent stages. Liaise with local authorities, statutory bodies, and stakeholders to facilitate project approvals.

Strategic Contribution:

Support business development by contributing to bids, tenders, and proposals. Monitor changes in planning legislation and policy to ensure compliance and provide strategic advice. Contribute to company-wide initiatives on sustainability, innovation, and operational improvement.

Requirements:

A relevant degree in Town Planning, Environmental Planning, or a related discipline. Chartered membership of the Irish Planning Institute (IPI) or equivalent. Minimum 7 years' professional planning experience, including team management. Strong understanding of Irish planning legislation, policy, and environmental assessment processes. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience working on renewable energy, infrastructure, or environmental projects. Experience across both urban and rural planning contexts. Familiarity with cross-border planning considerations in Ireland/UK.
