Seek a visionary leader to drive strategic growth and excellence in an organisation operating across adult education, school education, early years, vocational education and training, sport, youth, and volunteering sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of the organisation's strategic statement, developing and delivering vision, mission, and goals, while ensuring effective governance, financial stewardship, and programme delivery. Key responsibilities include representing the organisation nationally and internationally, collaborating with the board to refine and deliver strategic goals, promoting inclusive access to programmes, maintaining and enhancing governance, overseeing risk management, compliance, and accountability, and championing staff development and wellbeing.

* Significant senior leadership experience ideally within public, education, or youth sectors

* Proven success in strategic planning, organisational change, and team leadership

* Strong understanding of EU programme management and public sector governance

* Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and advocacy skills

* Degree-level qualification required, Masters desirable
\
* Experience in cross-border or reconciliation programmes, inclusion strategies, or digital transformation advantageous
