What you'll do:
As a Senior Business Analyst based in Dublin, you will immerse yourself in a variety of engaging projects that span regulatory compliance as well as broader business transformation initiatives. Your day-to-day activities will involve close interaction with both business users and IT professionals, ensuring that every requirement is clearly understood, documented, and managed through each stage of the project lifecycle. You will facilitate workshops that encourage open dialogue among stakeholders, translating complex ideas into actionable plans. By building trusted relationships across departments, you will help create an environment where everyone feels empowered to share their perspectives. Your ability to communicate effectively-both verbally and in writing-will be essential as you prepare detailed documentation that guides teams toward successful outcomes. Throughout each assignment, you will play a key role in monitoring progress, addressing challenges collaboratively, and championing continuous improvement efforts that benefit both current projects and future initiatives.
