Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deskside Support Engineer located in Meath Hill. The Deskside Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for hardware and software issues, troubleshooting problems, and assisting with hardware provisioning and deployment. Day-to-day tasks include installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults, and solving technical and application problems. The role also involves managing and maintaining workspace environments to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
* Experience in hardware provisioning, deployment, and maintenance
* Proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and solving technical and application problems
* Skills in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems
* Ability to provide responsive and efficient technical support
* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
* Knowledge of Data Centre and Cloud environments is beneficial
* Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or similar are a plus
