Overview
St. Luke’s Health System is actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible physician in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine for a leadership role at our Urgent Care clinic in Twin Falls, Idaho. As the Urgent Care Site Medical Director, you will join a skilled, team-oriented group of providers and play a key role in delivering community care. This full-time (1.0 FTE) position combines clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, allowing you to influence the growth and operations of our clinic.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide hands-on clinical care in a fast-paced, well-supported urgent care setting.
2. Oversee and support a team of Advanced Practice Providers.
3. Collaborate with the System Medical Director on strategic and operational improvements.
4. Allocate 5–8 hours/month for billable administrative tasks.
Clinic Snapshot:
* Open 7 days a week: Weekdays 7 AM–10 PM, Weekends 9 AM–10 PM.
* Treat pediatric and adult patients for urgent, non-emergency conditions such as lacerations, colds/flu, fractures, and minor injuries.
* Fully equipped with on-site lab and imaging services.
* Supported by a collaborative care team including RNs, CMAs, and CNAs.
