Overview
A great new opportunity has arisen with one of Dublin’s leading architectural practices for a Senior Architect or Architectural Technologist with strong technical skills and experience working on larger‑scale projects. The practice is involved in several major residential developments, including one substantial scheme of around 580 units, and a variety of projects across other sectors. This role offers the chance to work on complex, high‑quality buildings and to be involved throughout the design and construction stages.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the design team to deliver high‑quality residential buildings.
* Participate in all design and construction stages of the project, from initial concept to final construction.
* Provide technical design expertise and support the construction team during on‑site construction.
* Ensure the accuracy of design documents, elevations, sections, and details.
Key Qualifications
* Proficiency in Revit is essential.
* Experience on‑site or with construction stages would be an advantage.
* Strong technical ability and attention to detail are required.
* Background as an Architect or an Architectural Technologist will be considered.
