Job Description

* Create consistent, clear accountability, and defined response times.
* Manage End-to-End ER Cases:
* Disciplinaries, underperformance, probations, and exits, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
* Provide Expert Employment Law Advice:
* Across all geographies where we operate or plan to expand.
* Represent the People Team:

* Identify Trends and Report Insights:
