Job title: Cabin Appearance (Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Dublin Airport
Department: Ground Operations
Pay: €16.95 per hour (Inclusive of 15% shift allowance)
Basic: €14.74 per hour + €2.21 per hour (15% shift allowance)
Hours: These roles are shift positions, averaging 37.5 hours per week. A monthly schedule may include weekend and holiday work. Full training will be provided.
About the Role: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Cabin Appearance members. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our aircraft maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety based in Dublin Airport.
Key Responsibilities
* Efficiently clean and prepare aircraft cabins, galleys, and lavatories to meet strict hygiene and safety standards.
* Meticulously inspect and clean aircraft interiors, paying close attention to detail.
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organised work environment.
* Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
* Adapt to changing schedules and priorities to meet operational needs.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
* Demonstrate a reliable and punctual work ethic.
* Focus on tasks and complete them accurately.
* Communicate clearly and concisely.
Essential Requirements
* Be at least 18 years of age at the closing date of this notice
* Hold a full EU driving license
* Successfully complete a 5-year security background check and Garda Vetting process*
* Provide verifiable references
* Be eligible to live and work in the E.U
* Be fluent in English, both spoken and written
* Be willing to work a variety of shifts in a 24/7 operation
* Be adaptable, committed, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
* Be physically fit and able to pass a medical assessment
* Be prepared to adhere to all Aer Lingus PPE requirements
* Be able to work in various weather conditions
* Be aware of the security, health, and safety requirements of the role

Desirable Criteria
* Previous experience in a similar cabin appearance operational environment.

The airport is a loud and busy environment. If you have sensory sensitivity, please consider this before applying. Aer Lingus provides earplugs/headphones as part of PPE for safety.
