CPL Healthcare is recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Social Care Worker to join a mainstream children’s residential service in Wexford.
We have permanent vacancies in Gorey, New Ross, Wellingtonbridge and Ballycanew.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for children in care.
Support the social, emotional, and developmental needs of children.
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the team and relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Promote the rights, wellbeing, and development of children at all times.
Requirements
Full Manual Driving Licence (essential).
Eligible to register with CORU.
Previous experience in a social care or children’s residential setting is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamworking skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Salary
€37,440 – €41,184 per year, depending on experience.
