Job Title:
Regional Service Manager
Job Description:
The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing regional operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to families and individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities:
* Management responsibility for teams across various locations in the region
* Lead the development of new and innovative responses to service users' needs in the region
* Be the primary point of contact for regional and local funders with responsibility for seeking new funding opportunities
* Ensure all health & safety requirements are up to standard and monitored
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care/Social Studies, Counselling, Psychology, or related field
* Minimum of 2 years' experience supervising and managing a team in a community, addiction service or similar setting frontline experience in addiction-related services or family support
* An understanding of the complex issues relating to substance misuse and mental health and the delivery of trauma-informed service
* Knowledge of family programs and National Drug & Alcohol Strategy and National Drug Rehabilitation Framework
