Account Manager, Business Growth Specialist
This role requires a highly skilled sales professional to lead and manage a portfolio of medium-sized businesses. Key responsibilities include delivering business growth and product growth targets, owning and managing customer relationships, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

As a trusted advisor and competitive seller, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop effective marketing strategies. Your ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively will be essential in building strong relationships with clients and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
* Deliver against ambitious business growth and product growth targets
* Owning and managing a portfolio of medium-sized businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement
* Pitching and consulting with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets
* Driving customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives
Requirements
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
* 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role
* Ability to communicate fluently in English to support client management
* Ability to travel as required
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and competitive selling
* Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics; expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing
* Demonstrated ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth
* Demonstrated ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy
