Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Be willing to work with children of various ages from babies to afterschool children. Perform a variety of tasks, such as:
* nappy changing
* toileting
* sterilising
* feeding
* nap supervision
* engaging in play
Conduct observations of children under the direction of the room leader. Follow the policies and procedures of the service at all times. Cleaning, tidying and storage of equipment and toys after use. Garda Vetting required.
