Technical Service Representative Role
This position provides initial frontline technical assistance to end-users on various technical matters and problems. Key responsibilities comprise implementing and supporting information security directives, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, user management, and liaison with external vendors.
* Implementation and support for information security directives as mandated by policy and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
* Log and track all calls to the helpdesk on the hospital call logging system
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues where possible
* User administration (new user accounts / password resets)
