The RoleWe are looking for ambitious solicitors who have a real interest in working on financings in the Energy, Infrastructure and Natural Resources practice area. The ideal candidate will have between 4 and 6 years relevant banking/financing experience within a large or medium-sized corporate law firm. Candidates should:have a strong knowledge of LMA based facility agreements and intercreditor agreements;be confident in taking the lead on the production and negotiation of security documents and other ancillary finance documents; andbe comfortable managing and mentoring junior members of the team.
