We are currently recruiting an experienced
Project Manager
on behalf of our client for a
high-quality residential development in Loughrea, Co. Galway
. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of residential projects and an excellent reputation for quality delivery.
Our client delivers premium residential schemes and is seeking a driven, detail-focused Project Manager to take full ownership of this flagship development from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of the residential project from pre-construction through to final handover
* Oversee all contractual aspects, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
* Lead on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain productivity and quality standards
* Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
* Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
* Manage site resources including labour, materials, and plant efficiently
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety, environmental, and building regulations
* Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management
* Drive best practice across the site, ensuring continuous improvement in delivery
Key Requirements
* Minimum 7 years' experience in construction, with strong residential project experience
* Proven background in contract and site management
* Excellent leadership and people management skills
* Strong commercial and cost control awareness
* Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
* In-depth knowledge of Irish building regulations and H&S standards
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
