Summary
Our Groundskeeper is responsible for performing various tasks such as operating lawn equipment, upkeep of grounds and equipment, and other duties to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Lawn maintenance and upkeep.
* Pasture and fence maintenance.
* General barn, grounds, and equipment maintenance.
* Regular use of tractors and implements.
* Maintain cleanliness of the barn and equipment daily.
* Use power washers to clean buildings, equipment, and other structures.
* Assist with other duties as needed, including irrigation, general upkeep, or other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
* Must be able to safely operate maintenance equipment.
* Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Must have attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently.
