Key Responsibilities: Pricing a wide variety of interesting mission-critical projects (life science, data centre, healthcare and pharma) in Ireland and overseas Prepare detailed take offs & estimates, taking into account all the relevant drawings, specifications & related documentation Liaise closely with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure cost efficiency Attending pre & post tender reviews Handover meeting with operations upon award of successful projects Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team Specific Requirements Electrical trade or tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or similar 3+ years postgraduate experience in the construction sector, pricing electrical packages of work Electrical trade or tertiary qualification At Wallace Myers International Recruitment Agency we specialise in sourcing professionals for key industries and services.
