* Supervise and support production teams to meet KPIs and schedules
* Coordinate with planning, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams
* Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory ISO standards
* Drive team development, training, and performance management
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 45 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, along with strong leadership and people management skills. Experience with Lean, ERP systems, and automated processes is also desirable.
