The company is regulated for its insurance business and is experiencing rapid growth, with multiple strategic finance projects planned over the next 1–2 years.Job Title:Group Financial AccountantKey Responsibilities:Oversee month-end reporting for group entities, consolidation, financial analyses, balance sheet review, and cash flow preparation.Deliver timely monthly financial management reports.Provide financial information to external auditors and coordinate audit query resolution.Prepare financial statements for group entities.Optimize financial reporting and recommend process improvements.Support and monitor the internal control environment.Prepare bank reporting files as required.Ensure tax compliance (VAT and Corporate Tax).Support the Financial Controller and team as needed.Qualifications & Experience:Qualified accountant with 2+ years' experience in similar roles.Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, regulated environment; adaptable to change.Skilled in financial statement preparation.SAPB1/Relay360 experience desirable, not essential.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, reporting tools).Strong oral and written communication skills.Key Skills & Attributes:Dynamic, driven, and highly adaptable.Desire to learn, grow, and support a fast-growing organization.Self-starter; able to work independently and as part of a team.Innovative approach to problem-solving.Strong work ethic with a record of meeting deadlines.Strategic thinker with the ability to execute at a high level.Highly organized and able to manage changing priorities.Excellent drive, enthusiasm, and commitment to career development.Strong interpersonal skills; able to role-model positive behaviors.If you're looking to advance your career with a dynamic and rapidly growing organization, we encourage you to apply and join our team today.
