Barista role
We are now looking for an experienced barista to join the team on a part-time basis.
Main responsibilities of the Barista
* To follow agreed Brand Standards for service of Food & Beverage.
* To respond to guest enquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
* To provide a range of specialty coffees and teas to guests.
* To ensure that all tea and coffee orders are served in a timely manner.
* To ensure cleanliness levels are maintained to a high standard in the bar and barista station.
* To ensure that the barista station is sufficiently stocked at all times.
* To ensure correct usage and cleaning of all relevant equipment.
* To process payment transactions, both cash and card, in accordance with company policy.
* All staff should be presentable at all times and adhere to the grooming standards in the staff handbook.
* To ensure any complaints and incidents are brought to your manager or supervisor's attention.
* To assist others with side work including, but not limited to; cleaning, stocking, polishing glasses, etc.
