Job Description:
As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will embark on an 18-month structured programme designed to develop your skills in product knowledge, commercial negotiations, customer relationship management, and international sales. This role offers hands-on experience across production, planning, logistics, and finance under the guidance of the Head of Sales.
The primary objective is to learn every stage of the industry before transitioning into a full commercial sales role. You will work closely with senior sales leaders and gain exposure to international customers and markets.
