You will be responsible for leading process development activities for significant projects, analysing current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and providing technical leadership to engineers and other stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline.
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You should have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and a passion for continuous improvement.
