Lennox are recruiting for a front desk receptionist in our Dublin office. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience in an office based receptionist or similar role. Acting as a first point of contact on the phone and in person, this role is vital to the perceived image of our company with the successful candidate maintaining a positive and professional image at all times.
Scope of role:
* Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and achieve agreed monthly KPI’s
* Meet and greet all visitors, ensuring they are signed in/out and badges issued.
* Answer and transfer all incoming calls to our main switch, ensuring calls are correctly screened with all relevant information obtained before calls are transferred.
* Be professional in all communication with both customers and clients.
* Effectively liaise with and support with other departments on a daily basis.
* Management of in-house meeting room bookings and of all incoming/outgoing post.
* Prepare quotations, presentations, reports and pricing dockets with delivery charges as requested.
* Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal and other common office equipment and software.
* Compiling reports in line with our compliance to the Quality Management Standard ISO 9001, Repak & WEEE
* Responsible for the upkeep of the general reception area.
* Take on additional duties as required by Head of Business Support.
To be successful in this role, you will have strong administrative and organisation skills as well as business capabilities. The requirements are as follows:
* National Certificate or relevant work experience.
* Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal and listening communication skills.
* Enthusiastic, driven and has the ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative.
* Willingness to undertake training and continuing professional development.
* Flexibility to work outside normal office hours if required.
