Job Summary:
Administrative Support for CEO
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced Part-time PA to support the CEO in various administrative duties.
* Assist the CEO with administrative tasks, including invoice processing, banking, and payments.
* Manage incoming correspondence, including post, calls, and emails.
* Maintain the CEO's files and filing systems.
* Assist with meetings, scheduling, agenda circulation, and recording minutes.
* Make travel arrangements for the CEO and assist with booking travel, accommodation, and meeting rooms.
Additional responsibilities may include other ad-hoc duties as required by the CEO.
Requirements:
* High level of discretion and confidentiality.
* Experience in finance or bookkeeping, including banking and payments.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Familiarity with modern office software and tools.
Working Conditions:
The role is part-time, requiring 20 hours per week with flexibility available. Work will be conducted on-site in Limerick.
