This role will be based on site, ensuring that all project documentation is managed, stored, and distributed in line with project requirements and company standards.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail, capable of working in a fast-paced construction environment and liaising effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing project documentation using the companys document control systems.
Ensure documents are issued, received, and filed accurately in accordance with project procedures.
Track the status of documents and drawings, ensuring revisions are clearly managed and communicated.
Support project teams by providing accurate and up-to-date document registers.
Liaise with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of required information.
Monitor compliance with document control processes across the project team.
Skills & Experience Previous experience as a Document Controller in construction or engineering projects.
Strong IT skills, including experience with EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems) such as Aconex, Viewpoint, or similar.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
Experience in a pharma or cleanroom environment is an advantage.
