We work with HR, Total Rewards, and People leaders across a range of industries to help them meet evolving regulatory requirements and create more equitable workplaces.The RoleWe are seeking a Sales Development Representative to support our growing sales organisation. In this role, you will focus on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, working closely with Sales and Marketing to build a strong and consistent pipeline.This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is organised, commercially minded, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound prospectingEngage with prospective customers via phone, email, and digital channelsManage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRMWork closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support pipeline growthResearch target organisations to understand their structure, challenges, and needsParticipate in regular training, team meetings, and performance reviewsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience1–3 years of experience in a sales development or business development roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable speaking with senior stakeholdersExperience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or SalesforceFamiliarity with sales engagement platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, dialers)Experience selling into HR, People, or SaaS environments is an advantageHighly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple prioritiesWork ArrangementRemote role based in IrelandCollaboration with international teams may require flexible working hoursCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary aligned with the Irish market, based on experienceFour weeks annual leave plus public holidaysPaid sick leave in line with Irish legislationBase Salary: € 32, ,000 (EURO)Uncapped performance-based commissionEqual Opportunity StatementTrusaic is an equal opportunity employer.
