Your new role As Procurement Lead, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of building materials and services across a range of high-value construction projects. Your duties will include placing purchase orders, negotiating supplier terms, conducting price comparisons, and monitoring actual costs against budget. You'll collaborate closely with site management teams and play a key role in sourcing new suppliers and reviewing tender documentation to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery. What you'll need to succeed Strong knowledge of building materials and the construction supply chain. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in IT systems, particularly Excel and Outlook; experience with SAP is an advantage. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A team-oriented approach and a proactive attitude.
