We are urgently seeking Clinical nurse Manager 1 for a hospital in Westmeath Ireland.
Responsibilities
* Assure high standards of care by giving nursing personnel clinical leadership and guidance.
* Organize and supervise the planning, execution, assessment, and evaluation of patient care.
* Keep an eye on and encourage adherence to hospital procedures, professional clinical guidelines, and current laws.
* Oversee staff rosters and patient caseloads to guarantee the best possible use of available resources.
* Communicate with medical experts and consultants to enable efficient treatment and discharge preparation.
* Encourage patient-centered care and speak up for the needs and desires of your patients.
* Encourage staff mentoring and education, especially for students and junior nurses.
* Participate in quality improvement projects and carry out clinical audits.
* Work together to create and carry out service plans and budgets.
* Uphold confidentiality and data protection rules and keep correct records.
* Encourage and uphold a secure workplace for patients, employees, and guests.
Requirements
* A registered general nurse who is currently NMBI-registered.
* A nursing degree that is pertinent.
* BLS, PLS, and ACLS certifications that are current.
* Three years or more of post-registration experience, preferably in an acute or surgical setting.
* Demonstrated capacity to work cooperatively in a multidisciplinary team and set an example.
* Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizing abilities.
* Proven capacity to uphold professional standards while juggling conflicting priorities.
