Senior QA AnalystAs a Senior QA Analyst within ERS you will work closely with the development team and Business Analysts to assure the quality of our software. This role will possess excellent knowledge of software quality principles, methods, and tools.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain detailed test specifications, plans, and scripts for web, mobile, and desktop applications.Conduct manual and automated testing across platform to validate usability, performance, and reliability.Maintain automated test suites using Cypress and integrate them into continuous integration and delivery pipelines.Participate in the full testing lifecycle—test design, execution, defect tracking, and reporting—ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.Drive quality assurance practices within cross‑functional teams, proactively identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies.Maintain disciplined documentation and tracking of defects, ensuring timely resolution and communication with development teams.Perform re‑testing of defect fixes and regression testing.Develop, document, and enforce quality assurance policies, standards, and procedures, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to support strategic initiatives and meet operational objectives.QualificationsDegree in computer science or related field with 5+ years experience in manual software testing.ISTQB Foundation Level certification is desirable but not essential.Strong experience in test case development and execution.Clear understanding of the software development lifecycle.SQL experience essential.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman and SoapUI.Experience with test automation (Cypress) an advantage.Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.Ability to interpret user requirements, technical and functional specifications and apply this information to plan, develop and execute test cases and scripts.Proactive, willing to take initiative and assume responsibility as needed.BenefitsInnovation technology opportunitiesSustainable growth and investment in diverse lines of businessCareer development and internal growth opportunitiesEducational support to advance skillsMeaningful, high‑impact work contributionSupportive, inclusive workplace built on trust and collaborationRecognition programs celebrating contributions and achievementsHybrid work schedule supporting work–life balanceEEO StatementISC welcomes applications from people with disabilities.
