Supplier Quality Role
This position oversees supplier quality processes, including change control, quality agreements, supplier audits, and inspection readiness. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing supplier quality in alignment with regulatory requirements.
* Manage Supplier Change Notification Program and perform impact assessments to ensure compliance and minimize disruptions
* Own supplier-related deviations and SCARs, including investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
* Support quality agreement lifecycle from initiation to coordination, fostering strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Strong understanding of GMP/cGMP and international regulations to ensure compliance and quality standards
* Experience with supplier quality, deviation handling, and change control to effectively manage supplier relationships and mitigate risks
* Proficient in technical writing, communication, collaboration, and training to educate suppliers and internal teams on quality expectations and best practices
* A solid foundation in GMP/QMS principles to drive quality excellence and compliance
* Comfortable taking ownership of quality events and supplier relationships to foster trust and collaboration
* Effectively collaborates across technical, QA, and supply chain teams to leverage expertise and drive results
