Branch Administrator
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Branch Administrator
to join our team. This role is central to the smooth running of our branch and offers excellent opportunities for career development within a supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Upholding high company standards through efficient branch administration.
* Managing incoming calls and providing excellent customer service.
* Overseeing cash management, including Brinks collection and daily reconciliation.
* Handling customer queries and processing credit notes.
* Supporting branch administration across queries, hauliers, overheads, and expenses.
* Managing supplier invoice queries (AP/Adest) regarding price, quantity, and shortages.
* Processing Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and maintaining back-up files.
* Raising Stock Return Notes (SRNs) and managing supplier returns.
* Maintaining scanning, filing, and health & safety records.
* Supporting the Internal and External Sales Teams.
What We're Looking For
* At least 1 years' experience in an administrative role.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with an accounts system is an advantage.
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
* High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
