Key Roles and Responsibilities
As a senior staff mechanical design engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex mechanical component assemblies or subassemblies for medical devices. This includes leading research, design, development, modification, and evaluation of modules, assemblies, or subsystems.
Technical Skills:
* You must have experience in developing and optimizing complex designs for mechanical/electromechanical assemblies incorporating DFM principles.
* You should be skilled in creating engineering drawings models applying GD&T and CAE tools to optimize the design.
* In-depth knowledge of materials manufacturing methods technologies to support product development is required.
You are expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D Quality Manufacturing Regulatory Clinical Marketing Project Management to ensure project success.
