About this exciting role, you will join a leading financial services firm as a support professional in their wealth management team.
This position offers the opportunity to gain full exposure to the wealth management function and you will report to the Wealth Service Solutions Team Lead.
Your accountabilities include managing client queries, engaging with clients through multiple channels, dealing with input and flow of data using multiple systems, and addressing errors exceptions and issues to ensure an efficient and effective client experience.
Collaboration with other teams is also required to ensure that client accounts are managed in line with client's mandate, objectives, risk profile and timeline.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need third level qualification or at least 12 months of full-time work experience in the financial services industry.
* A relevant qualification such as QFA, APA, or Stockbroking would be an advantage.
You should possess strong interpersonal skills, including ability to develop and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders, and have a reliable attitude towards delivering deadlines and expectations set for the team and at individual level.
A proficiency in MS Office suite is also expected.
