MSR-FSR is an international-managed engineering service provider that supports businesses operating in the high technology sectors.In order to make an application, simply read through the following job description and make sure to attach relevant documents.We have gained the respect of some of the largest blue-chip companies in the world, and we are proud of our position as one of the leaders in our field.Graduate CNC Machine Operator/Programmer We are currently recruiting a Graduate for a CNC Machine Operator/Programmerpositionto work full-time in our facility in Naas, Co.Kildare.This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate in CNC Machine Operation/Programming to work for a growing and successful company.Job Description: Working with high-end products for the semi-conductor industry, using diamond hand tools and CNC machining centers.Complete accurate product in-process tooling and inspection reports.Working with the Department Manager to plan, schedule and monitor manufacturing activities and production output.Follow strict guidelines/work instructions in relation to chemical cleaning of high-end products.Working with the Department Managerto develop and implement lean manufacturing processes and implement continuous improvements.Ensure the Department complies with 6 S auditing requirements.Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components.Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy.Monitor machining processes, making adjustments as needed.Inspect finished products for quality and adherence specifications.Completing any requests or ad hoc duties as required by management.Job Requirements: Completed third-level degree or similar in CNC Machine Operation/Programming.Previous experience as a CNC Setter or Operator would be beneficial but not essential.Strictly adhere to all corporate Environmental Health & Safety, Quality Management, HR and site protocols and procedures.Demonstrate responsibility and accountability for housekeeping of the work areas and facilities.Capable of using measuring and calibration equipment.Ability to read, analyse and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.Attention to detail and precision in machining tasks.Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot minor issues.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.MSR-FSR Is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
