Team Leader / Person In Charge (PIC) - Naas Location: Naas, Co. Kildare Hours: 39 hours per week - Permanent Contract Salary: From €50,669 per annum About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader / Person In Charge (PIC) to join a residential service supporting adults with autism in Naas. This role offers the opportunity to lead a committed team, ensure the delivery of high-quality care, and support individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, implement care plans, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and HIQA standards. Full induction and ongoing professional development will be provided.
